Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Pungampatti, krishnagiri, Tamilnadu.

What shipping service do you use?
Most packages are shipped via Franch express or indiapost parcel, but some locations we utilize other shipping service to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all packages by 12pm IST Monday through Friday. We do not ship on sundays. All packages placed over the sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. In South indian states Packages typically take 1-3 days to arrive and 5-10 days for north indian states customers.
*Please note that weather issues such as storms, flood, etc can affect delivery times. Such events are out of our control and may effect delivery speed. Updates on emergency events and delivery delays can be viewed on the carriers website (Franch express.com and Indiapost.com).

How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by visiting our “track my package” page and inserting your tracking number.

Can I cancel my shipment?
Packages cannot be cancelled once they are in transit. Packages can only be cancelled if a shipping label has not been created yet.
